Good Morning, It’s Mark with Murphy’s On-Site giving you an update on improvements and changes we’ve made over the course of our off season. First, I’d like to thank all of our customers who have helped us improve the customer experience throughout the years.
On to the exciting new changes we’ve made. We have implemented a completely new backend management system. It allows you as the customer to receive detailed information regarding the status of your repair. You will have the option to submit requests on-line for specific services, dates and times. This will integrate directly with our backend to streamline the process of repairing your RV.
